changing credit card for renewal

  I wish to renew the Videopress for laketownship. I have tryed to put in a new credit card but for some reason it has not gone thru. Could you please tell me what steps I need to take to renew this and our other items.

  I have disabled auto-renew on the upgrade. You should now be able to manually renew with the correct card and set auto-renew for future renewals.
