changing default email recipient name

    I got a confirmation email regarding the changing of my email address but it has my web designer’s name in the greeting instead of mine. How do I change this? I haven’t found anything in my setings with his name on it.

    You can change the display name of your WordPress.com account by going to your Profile page:

    No. I looked at that earlier. I don’t know where WordPress is pulling eddievalez from. He’s my site creator but it should be my name here. Here’s the beginning of the email:

    WordPress.com <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
