Changing DNS Name Server to WordPress

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi There,

I’m thinking of opening a web/blog site with WordPress and want to use my own domain name that is registered with GoDaddy and that domain is being used for Microsoft 365 services, e.g. mail.

So if I change the DNS name servers as your steps suggesting, will this cause mail flow issue with Microsoft 365 that is configured to use the domain?

    Please advise. Thank you.

  • Hi Monir, I’d recommend these steps:

    – Add the plan of your choice
    – Add domain mapping
    – Add the DNS settings for 365 (support can help you if needed)

Once all of those settings are in place, you can point to our name servers safely, and 365 won’t miss a beat.

And if you have a paid plan, support can check the settings with you to be sure everything looks correct.

    Hoping this helps!
