changing DNS records to point emails to different provider

  I have input the mx record from my provider (register.com), but am still not receiving emails (24hours ago) – input as MX 10 inbound.registeredsite.com

  That sounds like an example record, not the specific record you need. Also, I’m unsure about “autodiscover” for the CNAME. It should probably be defined as “mail” instead.

  I recommend double-checking the records with your email provider.
