Changing domain

  I followed instruction to change my domain name and my site was deleted but received message that site name could not be changed, so lost both existing and changed site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I see that you changed your site from uneducatedopinioncom.wordpress.com to uneducatedopinionhcom.wordpress.com. The latter is still under your account and you should be able to access it. Are you unable to see it?

  Thank you Darnell for your response. I can access the site now. However, I wanted to retain “Uneducatedopinion”, I accidentally typed in “Uneducatedopinion.com” not realising that the domain would be automatically added as “nameofmy site.wordpress.com”, so the system included the .com as part of my site name. Is it possible to revert to my initial intention of “uneducatedopinion.wordpress.com”? Otherwise, I will continue with the second site name option.

  uneducatedopinion.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com user and therefore you need to select a different address.
