Changing Domain Address

  Hi! If I change my domain name with the personal plan from blogname.wordpress.com to blogname.com would it still be accessible through the .wordpress.com location? I linked it to friends via email and I wondered if I would have to send them the new domain address.

  Yes, absolutely.

  Visitors to the old address will simply be redirected to the new address. You will not lose any traffic.
