changing domain after purchasing premium

  I just purchased wordpress premium, which said it would come with a custom domain name. How do I go about changing my example.wordpress.com domain to the custom one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, that was my error. I found the link on my dashboard after I had posted this and I neglected to mention I got it sorted. Thank you!!
