Changing domain contact email

Our museum account was suspended when the domain tried to renew because emails were sent out to verify the owner. The email listed was an old one and does not receive emails anymore. Now I am trying to update the email to my new address but the system will not let me. It says it send a verification email to my old and new. The old and I cannot access and my new one I never receive the verification email. Please help, I am very frustrated, we need to get the site back up and live. Thanks
