Changing domain mapping from one blog to another

  I have a domain registered through WordPress (fairnetwork.org) that currently points to fairnetwork.wordpress.com and that I want to point to fairmoneytest.wordpress.com. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
