Changing domain name

  Change domain to one I deleted? I deleted a domain hoping that I could use it on a new site but it doesn’t seem to be working. Can I get it back to use on the new site?

  Hi there,

  Do you mean a custom domain? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domain upgrades with us. What was the domain?

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.
