  If I upgrade to a paid domain name will I lose all the posts/website that I have right now on my original domain name?

  Your site won’t change in any way, and you won’t lose any of your content. All that will change is the address at which the content is accessed, and the current free address will also still go to the same content – we handle that redirect for you automatically.
