Changing domain name

  I’m interested in registering my blog for the $18 a year fee. However, I want to change the name of it. can I do this when I register the blog for $18?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If by Name you mean Title you can do that now on the settings->general page. If you mean can you use that upgrade to change from whiteoutsblog.wordpress.com to SomethingElse.com, then sure. You can pick any domain name that’s available.
