    We are at the point of tryign to change our servernames but it won’t let us clikc on. We need to connect domain to Wix first, and transfer later on.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @graphicdesignlevel1kendal WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your domain purchase under a different login? I can confirm that your site is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your login.

    What is the URL of the domain you are trying to transfer so we can look it up in our system? Thanks for the additional info!
