  I want to change my profile e-mail address but nothing happened.
  Why????? where is the confirmetion link?

  You can change your account email address from here:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  Please note that the change will not immediately take effect as you noted, you will receive a validation email at the new email address. If you have not seen the email, check your spam folder. Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.
