changing email

  I wish to change the email address associated with the wordpress.com blogs I follow.

  I want all notifications to go to a different address.

  I rather not delete the follow, then re-follow with the new address.

  How do I make this change?

  See the Update Email Address support page. However, such an update involves a change of the account email address, and such a change will effect more than the Blogs I Follow notifications. It will effect all email notifications that you receive related to sites in the account.
