Changing Email

I tried changing the email associated with my account, but there is a message saying that it is pending. I need to confirm it from an email. But the email tells me to not do anything if I requested the change. My email is not updated. What should I do?

Hi there!
You’ll need to click the link in the email that was sent to the new email address. Two emails are sent when you request an email address change. The one you’re seeing that says you don’t have to do anything is sent to the email address that’s already active. There’s another email sent to the new email address that you entered.
To verify the new email address, please check your inbox/spam/junk filters and click the link that is in the email. Once you’ve clicked the link, the new email address will be activated on the account.
