changing email address

I have tried 5 times to confirm the change of email address on my account through the link sent to the new email address. All it will ever say then is that the change is pending. Never gives me a change to confirm the change. If I change the address, it just starts the process over again, sending me a new email to confirm the change.

I checked your account and I see that you successfully confirmed the new email address yesterday. Is the email address in your account settings now correct?
If not, please let me know what email address you’d like to use with your account and I can help with that. (You can put the email address in a reply in this forum thread; the address will be hidden from everyone except staff.)

Was finally successful. Had been copying and pasting the link in your confirmation email to me into my browser (as I generally do with all links in emails for safety) and figured out that this was what was preventing me from confirming the change. Once I clicked directly on the link in your confirmation email, the change was made in my settings. Thanks for the quick follow up.
