changing email address

    i can’t change the email address that i registered for the wordpress site in general setting as that email was already gone. Is there another method to change the email of the site without using the confirmation from the email first?

    Hi there,

    The only place you can change an email on WordPress.com is in account settings at https://wordpress.com/me/account/. There are no email options at all in General Settings on a WordPress.com site.

    This tells me you’re trying to make this change on a site using the open source WordPress software at another host. We cannot help with that in this forum, as this forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    For help with WordPress sites hosted with other providers, please ask in https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.
