changing email address

  Hi
  I have been trying, for weeks now!, to change my email address in wordpress from
  It tells me that I will be sent an email to confirm this to my new email address, but this has never arrived/never arrives.
  The reason for the change is now that I have set up a business email this is where I need all business web utilities registered to and also the contact form on my onepagetheme web site should be directing here, and not to my gmail account.
  Please can you give me some help here.

  Hi Carlton –

  To clarify, that email is being sent to the old email address on the account, not the new one. Have you been looking at the right account?

  Thanks for the response.
  The below is the only email that I have received regarding the email change.
  I have tried 3 or 4 times, and only once have I received the below and never an email to confirm the change.
