Changing email address

  I have closed an account and would like to use that account’s email address on a separate account. The message I get: ‘Email address already in use’. Do I need to wait or should I set up a new email

  Hi there!

  The email address from your closed account can be used on a different account after 30 days from when the other account was deleted. In the meantime, you’ll need to use a different email address.

  You can also unclose the previous account (we can do that for you if you reply to the account closure notification email), change the email address to something else so that it is freed up, close the account again. Once that’s done, you can use that email address on another account.
