Changing email does not work

    Hi, I am trying to change the email from the “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” to “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. I do receive the email requesting me to click on the link to confirm the change but the link only takes me to the home page of Word Press.

    I have canceled the pending email address change this afternoon and resent it again but the link, once again, takes me to the home page and does not confirms trey change requested.

    Hi Lisa,

    I’m sorry the email change isn’t working for you. Can you please try canceling the pending change and then doing it again one more time?

    This time, after you receive the email, please try logging in to your WordPress.com account, copying the link from the email, and pasting that link directly into your browser. If that still doesn’t work for you, please let me know so we can continue investigating the problem.
