Changing/error for temporary URL

    I recently made my site live. At first, only the temporary URL would appear instead of the URL with domain name. Some pages are working fine but with others I am now getting an error page saying the URL could not be found in server. I’ve checked the permalink on each page in wordpress and they appear just fine but I get an error page when I preview it on a browser. Is there a way I can configure this within WordPress?
