  I’m new to blogging. I’m trying to design my front page. Can someone guide me how to change the look of my title and the tagline?

  Eg, I want to increase the size and position it over a photo. How do I re-size the photo so the photo is only at the top of my front page of the blog? How do I preview and make changes….. am I constrained by the theme?

  Where can I get tutorials and help on something basic like this?
