Changing fonts

  Hi. I’m trying to set up a webpage for my husband’s business that he has had rebranded. I think I now understand that only certain themes allow you to change fonts……but which ones? We need to be able to use Avenir. Can someone point me to a list of themes that I could use this with please? I don’t want to buy one and then realise I’m no better off than where I am now. Thanks in advance

  Hi there,

  We need to be able to use Avenir

  Is that the font? Most themes on WordPress.com allow changing fonts, but we only have a selection of free Google fonts, and on our Premium plan and higher we also have some Typekit fonts, but Avenir is not one of the fonts available on WordPress.com.

  So the only way to use that font is on our Business Plan, either adding it via a plugin, or creating a child theme where you can import that font into the theme’s style.css file. So it doesn’t really matter what theme you use in this case.
