Changing from personal to free plan

  My blog is set to renew on 5th Dec. I want to change from Personal to Free but pay to keep my domain. Is this possible and if so, how do I go about doing this?

  Hi there,

  Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and click on the Personal Plan, then click the button under Auto-renew to switch that off. Then the plan will expire on 4 January and be removed from your site.

  That should not affect auto-renewal on the domain, but you can double check that by going back to the Purchases page and clicking on the domain upgrade instead.
