Changing header display on 2014 Theme

  Hi, I would really like to switch my blog theme from Fictive to Twenty-Fourteen theme, but when I switched it over to try it out, it made all of my pages display in the header. I would like to have them display in the left sidebar and only certain pages appear in the header menu. Is there a way to do this? Would this be made through custom menus?

  Hi there,

  Sure thing! You can set up a Custom Menu with only certain pages and then use that as the “top primary menu” (the one that appears in the header in Twenty Fourteen). You can also set up a custom menu to choose what appears in the secondary menu in the left sidebar in that theme.
