Changing Header Text in Hatchery Theme blog page

  Hi, I have a static home page which I want to keep and a separate blog page. I want to edit the text in the blog page header but can’t find the option for this. When I try to use customise it only offers me the home page not the blog page to edit. Thanks. Sarah
