Changing Hosts on my registered domain from WordPress.com

  My domain is registered with WordPress.com, but it is self hosted. I am trying to change hosts from Shoppe Pro to Squarespace but I am finding it difficult to do so. I try to change name servers and add CNAMEs, etc in my domain management but it won’t let me and tells me to contact support. Have no clue how to do this.

  I don’t see any domains registered with your WordPress.com account confetticoloredday. The domain confetticoloreddaydesigns.com was registered with a different WordPress.com account — if that’s the domain you want to manage, you’ll need to log in with the account used to register that domain.
