Changing Jobs Page Theme – Need page w/o a Form

    Hello WordPress Community,

    My WordPress website theme for my jobs page includes a contact form w/ a resume submission upload. Unfortunately, I do not need the contact form and direct resume upload for the 5 positions we are posting to our website today, because we are utilizing a third-party HR recruiting firm and I want all applications to go directly to them NOT to Connections 4 Success.

    How can I temporarily change our Jobs page theme to delete the included form for these 5 job postings?
