changing login information on a website

  Hi! I currently have login information attached to the website idolizethemind. I was plugged into this account as an administrator for a friend who needed help on his own website (idolizethemind). I would like to have my information disassociated with this account so that I can start my own website with my same email and login information. Could I get some help in completing this?
