changing my blog's name

    i have registered two blog addresses: ‘hallod’ and ‘whatever’ – i had ‘hallod’, but then i wanted to transfer it’s content to ‘whatever’. then i figured i could simply change ‘hallod’s name to ‘whatever’, which I couldn’t, for obvious reasons. So i changed ‘whatever’s name in order to be able to change ‘hallod’s name to ‘whatever’, but i couldn’t. the error message says this name already exists – but it shouldn’t anymore, because i just changed it. Any solutions? I’d really like to call my blog ‘whatever’!

    Once a sitename has been used, it can’t be used again. Even if it isn’t currently an active site.

    So, you’ll need to follow the instructions here to move your site content from ‘hallod’ to ‘whatever’:
