Changing my email address

It’s not working after the advcie you have offered. I keep going through all the processes and advcide you have offered and it’s still not working.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provide your are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog, you can update your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.
