Changing my membership plan

    Hi,

    I want to change my membership plan for WordPress and I want to downgrade because I realized I do not use many features. I recently got charged for my membership plan. I was wondering if WordPress can please cut out money for the few days I have used the plan, update my preference, and refund the remaining amount? I will be so grateful :)

    We can take care of that for you. To clarify, you currently have the premium plan. Are you wanting to downgrade to the Personal Plan ($48) or the free plan?
