changing my space upgrade

  I have a 25GB space upgrade renewing automatically in september- as I find I will not need such large capacity how do I change this to a 10GB space upgrade

  Hi there, I’d be glad to swap your current 25 GB upgrade for a 10 GB upgrade if you like, with the same expiry date.

  Just a heads-up that you’re currently using 8.3 GB out of 28.0 GB. If we swap out your upgrade for a 10 GB one, you’ll be using 8.3 GB of 13 GB total.

  Yes please swap to 10 GB upgrade on basis I will be invoiced for the lesser cost.Please confirm when you have actioned and amount of the new reduced charge that I will expect to see on my Amex credit card statement.

  Please advise what else I need to do.

  I’ve gone ahead and swapped your 25 GB space upgrade for the 10 GB space ugrade. You can see the new upgrade under Store > My Upgrades:

  The renewal cost will be $20 and you can renew the upgrade manually on anytime before September 10 at the link above. Please note that this upgrade is no longer set to auto-renew because of the manual change made.
