changing my upload file size + uploading a theme

Hello,
I have bought a theme an am trying to upload it but its not working as my upload limit is 2mb. I have tried to use Filezilla or Cyberduck but these wont connect to my server.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site doesn’t use our version of WordPress which is the managed hosting environment. Instead, you’re using the open source software. We have some more details explaining the differences between the two version of WordPress on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
