Changing ownership of blog

  The owner of the blog wants to transfer the blog to me, but is having trouble following the instructions on the help page. Is it possible to manually change the ownership of the blog to another administrator?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Only the current owner of a site can transfer it. Can you ask that user to please post here him/herself, and then we can help them with this directly.
