Changing scroll type on site.

    I want to design a website that, instead of scrolling down like most websites, scrolls up. Meaning the footer side is the starting side of the page. I want to apply this setting to one page only. Is it possible in some way? Right now I have under construction plugin active as I am still designing the website. Could you guide me to the right source if it’s possible or some kind of effect that makes the same change that I am talking about?
