  I started a blog for one subject, but want to change it and have a new website name. Is this possible?

  Hi there, if you mean that you want to change the address of your current WordPress.com website to reflect a new site address, please read this support guide on changing addresses: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/ and note the warning there.

  If you only want to change the title of your current WordPress.com website, you can do that under Manage> Settings> General at https://wordpress.com/settings/general/
