changing the email address so that I can access our website to make changes

    I am the owner of this website however I cannot use our email address to log on. Evidently the person who set up this site listed her email address for access it but we pay the monthly fees and it should have our email to log on to the site in order for us to change pictures and do other administrative tasks. Please notify us as to how we go about getting this changed? Word press bills our credit card for these services please tell me what we can do to resolve this so that we can readily access our website? Our email address is:
