Changing the name of a blog which is on your site.

My daughter-in-law started a site with you 2 years ago. We want to use that site to launch a fund raising event that will last at least 5 years. I want to know the following
1. Can we rename the blog?
2. Can we have links to the national charity for people to donate?
3. Can we make money off the site due to number of people who visit the site?I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
