Changing the name of my site

  I have a WordPress account creativeleespeaking (@ltayon) with a site associated. I have changed the email address associated and the web address, but the primary site still shows creativeleespeaking.wordpress.com. If I add another site will both sites show under Creative Lee Speaking for management purposes? Each site will show with its own name associated and I can purchase domains for each separate site?
