Changing the "Post Comment" background color

At the bottom of my site, there’s a “Post Comment” button whose background color is different to the rest of the site color theme.
Is there a way for me to fix that?
Just to clarify its the background of the button itself I want to change, not the actual comment text box.

Sorry the linked, site is not the correct one. I’m not sure how to change that, but I wanted to avoid linking unless its unavoidable.

Hi, I see only one site associated with your username, which is using Twenty Thirteen theme. If you are talking about a different site, at the very least I would need to know which theme you are using on that site, and a link to it would be useful, but not necessary if you do not wish to post it.
