Changing the teaser text on my sites

    Hi guys,

    I need to change the teaser text that appears below the title of the site. However, I can’t find the boy where this text appears. Can anyone help with this?

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was created less than a day ago.

    It sounds like you’re speaking of the tagline, which normally would be set at Settings ->General, or else in the Site Identity section of the Customizer.

    But this could also be a custom field added by your theme, in which case you’d need to look at your theme’s documentation.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
