Changing Theme

    Hello. I hope this message finds you well. I am currently changing my theme on WordPress and I am having a lot of trouble understanding the directions given on your WordPress​ support site. Can you please provide me a phone number where I can reach a customer service I have been struggling for about 2 weeks now.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

    Neither WordPress.com not the open source software provides phone support – the open source software does not belong to a company that can employ support staff, but is supported by the same community of volunteers who make that software. WordPress.com does employ support staff, but we can only help with sites hosted on our servers.
