  When I try to change my theme it doesn’t come up the way it looks on the preview?

  Hi there, Your site can always be made to look like your demo. However, it has to have the same settings as the demo site. Something you might find helpful is the theme’s support page, which includes how to utilize some of the bells and whistles:
