changing themes

    when trying to change themes I get the following message:
    Sorry, you can’t preview new themes when you have changes scheduled or saved as a draft. Please publish your changes, or wait until they publish to preview new themes.

    Hi there,

    On what site are you trying to change themes, and where exactly are you seeing that message?

    The only place on WordPress.com where you can have changes to a theme scheduled or saved as draft is in the Customizer at My Site ->Design ->Customize, so try looking there. If the big blue button at the top say “Draft Saved”, try clicking the gear icon next to it, changing the status to Publish, and then publishing the pending changes.
