Changing URL from an old website to a new one

  Hi I am new to all this. I have recently bought the a business called Methodsnowschool. I have been building a new web site on word press and now I need to bring the name over and put it on the new site. I own the name methodsnowschool.com and it is in 123-reg.com
  Add new website plus change export url

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
