Changing URL I lost access

So I was attempting to update the URL for my website from http://www.pennstatechristiangrads.org to http://www.pennstatecrugrads.org/ and I guess I was unsuccessful. And as a result I lost access to the admin dashboard. I have no idea how to get back to it to undo what I did!
I was following the steps on this webpage: https://wpengine.com/resources/change-domains-wordpress/ and only got through step 1. I have no idea how to do step 2.
