Changing web address using same email address

    How can I change the web address for a given email address? Did not understand that if I picked a “.me” that it would all be added to the name of my web address, i.e. “fotoscopedotme”. Not very catchy if I’m trying to set up a website.

    They really should change the instructions; this happens a lot.

    If you want to change from one whatever.wordpress.com address to another of the same configuration, that’s disabled right now. If you want to change to a whatever.com URL or .me, that’s not difficult.

    Put in the name you want without any .me after it, like “raincoaster”. And choose the suffix you want: .com or .me or .whatever.
