    Hi, I have checked my credit card statement and discovered that I have been charged £85.00. However, I deactivated all of my paid-for services with WordPress many months ago and this payment is not correct. Please could you look into this for me. I cannot find any reason why I should have been charged. Whatever the charge is for, please could I ask you to cancel it and refund the amount. Thank you very much.

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you remember creating a different account? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    staff-doublebassd – when someone enters the information in the form at wpchrg.wordpress.com does it indicate who is the owner of the upgrade?

  • I usually only see what we receive for the backend. Let me check and see what customers see on the user end – I’m not entirely sure.
